In Emergency Vet, campers explore the exciting field of veterinary medicine. They meet practitioners, participate in hands-on experiments such as suturing and syringe techniques, and take part in dog training lessons with our CPR Dog. Other activities include three dissection projects—sheep heart, owl pellet, and crayfish—covering topics like animal behavior, clinical procedures, veterinary career preparation, first aid and dental care, diseases and parasites, microscopy, and anatomy. Each camper receives their own medical kit for the week.
